Car Detailing:  Car Detailing Here are a few common car detailing terminologies used in the auto detailing industries for your car care. •     Abrasives: Abrasives are used in car polishes for mechanically removing the oxidation rust and smoothening the edges of swirl marks and fine scratches thereby reducing the car’s surface appearance or completely removing them. Most of the used abrasives can be kaolin clay or aluminium silicate. Car polishes vary in car polishing strength depending upon the base strength of the car painted surface.
